Materials
The chair consists of:
- metal base,
- seat and back panel are combined into one wooden shell
- wooden writing shelves made of melamine chipboard chosen by the customer
Design
The base is made from 60mm diameter metal furniture pipe and appropriately shaped sheet metal. A mechanism that allows chair to move left-right, backwards-forwards is built into the base. The design doesn’t allow the chair to rotate around its axis continuously – its rotation is limited. A metal mounting plate is welded to the bottom of the base. The wooden shell is made from 10mm thick beech plywood, which is trimmed to a custom shape, according to the buyer’s choice. It is screwed to the metal base. The shell can be varnished or stained and varnished or coated with melamine. The 33cm wide writing shelf is processed with 2mm ABS tape with same design. It is screwed to the metal base
